CHCC Government Affairs Committee Meeting The Government Affairs Committee meets on the second Thursday of each month to address legislative and regulatory matters impacting Connecticut’s HVACR industry. This committee monitors proposed bills, state agency actions, and local ordinances; develops CHCC’s policy positions; and advocates for fair, consistent, and business-friendly regulations. Members work to ensure contractors’ voices are heard at the State Capitol and in municipal offices, advancing policies that protect consumers, promote workforce development, and support the long-term success of our industry.
